01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and s988 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the s988 website at s988.pro, registering an account, or using any service offered by the platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo, the VIP Programme, Deposit and Withdrawal — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

02 Eligibility

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

• Bingo results are determined by the random number generation system operating within each room. s988 does not influence outcomes and results are final once declared.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

12 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. Where no breach is found or the closure is at the player's own request, any verified remaining balance in PKR will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard processing timelines.

13 Changes to Terms

s988 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect existing player rights, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address where reasonably practicable.
